• Please arrive on time (10 mins early is fine) to reduce the amount of time spent in our waiting room.  If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment you will need to book for another time and pay a new deposit.
• Please shower with antibacterial soap before your appointment.
• Moisturize the area to be tattooed for the week before your tattoo.
• Eat two hours before your appointment and bring sweets/sugary drinks with you. We have snacks and drinks as well 
• Please do not drink heavily the evening before your tattoo.
• Please make sure you are dressed comfortably and appropriate so we can easily reach the area to be tattooed. (shorts, crop tops etc)
• Please refrain from using fake tan one week prior to your appointment.
  please do not go sunbathing or on a sun bed two days before your appointment. If you have sunburn we cannot tattoo you.
• We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
• Tell us if you are planning a vacation in the two weeks after your tattoo.
• Please do not organize an event straight after your tattoo, we cannot control how long your appointment will be, sometimes we run over.
• Hands and feet are a different texture skin to the rest of your body, this area will often require more than one touch-up and never heals as clean as other tattoos, your first touch-up will be free, any after this will be charged our minimum price.
• Every tattoo comes with a free touch-up (within 6 months of original work) anything after the 6 months will be charged our minimum price or relevant price.

Disclaimer

No tattoo can be 100% perfect, but we will always try our best to meet your expectations. All skin is different, and this can be reflected in the healing process, especially on the hands, fingers, wrists, feet and ankles. One touch up in these areas will be free within the first 6 months, subsequent touch ups will be full price. By signing below you are giving us permission to share your tattoo and possibly your presence in the studio on our social media.

We also have CCTV in the studio, please ask about this if this is an issue.

Deposits are non-refundable

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 7 days you will need to pay another deposit to rebook.

Our opening hours are (Tuesday-Saturday 11-6). Our artists are self employed & represent themselves as sole traders.

Their admin & pre-tattoo prep is included in the deposit cost, if their appointments are cancelled or rescheduled they are operating at a loss for that day. If your artist is unable to make your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date.
